Evan has joined forces with Mike to launch Aesthetic Property Group in 2022. With a guest-first approach, Evan and his team are committed to making your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

On his days off, Evan loves to spend quality time with his daughter and indulge in his hobbies which include golfing, cooking, and fitness.

MIKE RENARD

Mike is a native to Central Ohio and earned his B.A. in Finance at Ohio University. Shortly after graduation, Mike ventured into the corporate world.

With four years of experience in the short-term rental industry under his belt, Mike decided to grow his portfolio and become an electrician.

However, the thrill of entrepreneurship was too strong to ignore, and with a push from Evan, they founded Aesthetic Property Group.

Today, Mike and his team manage over 15 properties in Columbus, proving that with hard work and determination, anything is possible!
